Frequently asked questions
First time
Never ridden — can I?
Yes, you can ✨ TWP is designed to make wakeboarding easy for first-timers, with a safe way to get started. Two ways to begin: Beginner Lesson (group class, ฿995 / 2.5 hr, book ahead) or Low Speed Session (slow-speed round, ฿595 / 2 hr, walk-in).
Start here →Can't swim?
Yes, you can — please don't worry. Every rider wears a life jacket and helmet at all times, and our coaches and staff are there to guide you. Many customers who can't swim are still able to ride safely.
Heavier riders?
Yes. We've welcomed many riders at 90 kg and well above, and we have different board sizes. We recommend starting with Beginner Lesson or Low Speed Session, with a coach to guide you.
What age can kids ride?
Kids 6 and up can ride. For ages 6–14 or under 150 cm, at Lumlukka and ESC Rangsit we recommend Intro Kid Lesson (฿1,595 / 1 hr, book ahead). At Pattaya, start with Low Speed Session.
For kids →Lesson vs Low Speed Session?
The difference is the format. Beginner Lesson is a group class — a coach teaches the basics and goes in the water with you. Low Speed Session is the slow-speed round with a coach guiding you while you ride, walk-in OK. Beginner Lesson is the easiest; Low Speed Session is also very easy.
Before you come
What should I bring?
Swimwear or workout clothes that can get wet · rash guard for sun · towel, sunscreen, shower items, change of clothes · barefoot is fine.
Is gear included?
Every ticket includes a life jacket and beginner board for free. Helmets are required at all times — included in beginner packages; for other tickets rent one for ฿60/day or bring your own.
Outside food & drinks?
Please don't bring outside food or drinks — our restaurant and bar are on site. Birthday cakes are welcome — just let the ticket counter know beforehand.
Booking & prices
Do I need to book?
Low Speed Session, normal-speed tickets and promo tickets are walk-in. Beginner Lesson, Intro Kid Lesson, Private Coach and Training Cable need advance booking.
What can I book online?
Book online through each park's WakeSys page — almost all tickets, e.g. normal-speed tickets, Low Speed Session, Beginner Lesson and Training Cable (Training Cable is cheaper online). For Intro Kid Lesson and Private Coach, message us to check the coach schedule.
Book now →What is Club Card?
TWP's Discount Membership, valid at all 3 parks: up to 40% off Main Cable + special Sesh and Lady Day prices. ฿995/year (Thai residents ฿495/year) — or free after 3 Beginner Lessons / Low Speed Sessions ✨
Punch Card vs Unlimited Pass?
Punch Card is a pack of 5/10/25 visits — each visit is an all-day ticket, valid only at the park where you bought it. Unlimited Pass is unlimited riding for a time period, from 1 week to 1 year.
See prices →Can I ride longer?
Yes. After a Beginner Lesson or Low Speed Session, ride all day for just ฿300 more (same day, at the counter). A 2-hour ticket can be upgraded to 4 hours or all day — just pay the difference.
On the day
What if it rains?
If the Main Cable has to stop (heavy rain, strong wind or short maintenance), our system automatically pauses everyone's ticket time and resumes it when the cable restarts — we can't stop the rain, but we can stop your ticket time 🌧️
