Conditions

• For safety reasons, it’s mandatory for all riders to wear a life jacket and helmet while riding at all time (even if not using obstacles). If you do not have your own helmet, they're available for rent.

• All riders will be requested to sign a waiver. Riders under the age of 15 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian in front of a THAI WAKE PARK. If a parent/guardian cannot be present, a waiver must be signed and notarized prior to riding at THAI WAKE PARK.

• For Private Cable Rental, weekday is available from 8:00am to 10:00am and weekend is available from 8:00am to 09:00am. Please check schedule & availability in advance!!

Conditions

• Rates are exclusive of 7% VAT and breakfasts (you can order them at TWP's Restaurant).

• Room rates are per room per night, and for one or two occupancies. The maximum occupancy for Studio Room is three, with 350 Baht extra person charge.

• In order to confirm your reservation, 50% advance payment (via PayPal) is required and will not be refundable. However, you can amend your reservation (subject to availability) on minimum of 14 days prior to arrival date. The remaining balance should be paid upon checking in.
• Failure to check in on time or at all, will be considered as a "No Show" and will result in a no-show penalty equal to 100% of the booking.
• All rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Notes

• During 1 May - 30 Sept 11, construction for a new hotel building will be going on, mainly between 9.00am. – 6.00pm.
