Singha Light and RIPCURL present The 1st Stop ASIAN WAKE PARK TOUR 2010, Thailand (AWPT10) & THAILAND WAKE PARK CHAMPIONSHIP 2010 (TWPC10). Be a part of this Asian Wakeboard Association 3 stops tournament, including Thailand (TWP), Singapore (Ski360), and the Philippines (CWC) and witness PRO riders from all over Asia, competing for the 2010 Asians which will take place at THAI WAKE PARK Lumlukka Klong 6 on the 4th of April 2010.
You will also enjoy RIPCURL Bikini Contest and special discounts from Donjoy, Intensity Pro Shop. A lot of activities during the event such as: photo contest, lucky draw and so on, and of course a casual party with ultimate fun at the end of the event.

Registration Date and Fee: Today – 25 March 2010 @ 1,250 Baht per category / 26 March – 1 April 2010 @ 1,500 Baht per category. Register NOW & GET 10% DISCOUNT on Riding Ticket, valid everyday until 3 April 2010 and also receive gifts & souvenirs on the competition day.
Competition
Format
Rider will only have 1 pass and will begin the pass once he/she leaves the Starting Dock. Wakeboarder will be allowed 1 fall and wakeskater will be allowed 2 falls. Subsequent falls will end the rider’s run. The rider will finish the run at the kicker closest to the Starting Dock.
If rider falls anywhere along the course, another rope & handle will be sent over, and the rider is expected to perform a water start from the point of fall to continue the pass. A failure in accomplishing the water start will be counted as a fall.
Rider’s pass will end if the rider falls after having passed the 5th corner, even he/she has not fallen along the course.
The next rider must be in ready and waiting as soon as the previous rider leaves the Starting Dock.

Very simple! Competing within the group. Ahead rider performs a trick on the Roof Rail and the following rider must do the same trick. If the following rider fails, the ahead rider wins.
